Baby Boy and I attended the weekly Luxid meeting scheduled today at the DBP Building.

Local Luxids in attendance included Jimmy Alabanza, Willie Villareal, Mari Cacho, Baby Boy Poblador, Joe Mari Chan, Boy Adao, Pol Rivas and the ever reliable Ruby Santos, our secretary.

The U.S. Luxids in attendance included Marvene Ozaeta, Jake Campomanes, Badong Tuy, Pol Asuncion, Jimmy Melendres and Jay de Leon.

Boy Adao is not buying whatever Joe Mari Chan is peddling.
A stoic Pol Rivas is caught in the crossfire.

Willie Villareal is ordering something to wet his whistle.

You can see Willie’s libation in the foreground, and you are correct
in deducing that Willie has been responsible for its diminution.

Jimmy Alabanza is trying to conduct some real business. Just as in
our high school classes, Jimmy Melendres is not paying attention.

I was so touched, my singing idol Joe Mari Chan offered
to sing to me. For a small fee.

For some inexplicable reason, some Luxids looked sleep-deprived during this meeting. Badung Tuy actually took advantage of the situation to catch up on his sleep. All in all, it was a good meeting to take care of Luxid affairs, get ready for the reunion and have our own mini-reunions during these meetings.
