with some appreciative fans and future arnisadors after a
training and demo in Mandaluyong, Phil. on Dec. 2007.

After the training and demo, my host and former classmate Baby Boy Poblador graciously treated us to dinner at the restaurant of the famed Wack Wack Country Club, where he is a member and avid golfer.

Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007, Aristocrat Restaurant, Manila

Since I am the Commissioner of the International Modern Arnis Federation of the Philippines (IMAFP) for North America, I decided to pay a courtesy visit to the officers of the organization. See www.imafp.com for the organization website.

Because of his busy schedule as a practicing attorney as well Chairman for the IMAFP council, Atty. Salvador Demaisip suggested we meet at the world-famous Aristocrat Restaurant on Roxas Blvd. in Manila. The following members of the Council and IMAFP showed up at the meeting:

Atty. Salvador Demaisip – Chairman of IMAFP
Samuel “Bambit” Dulay – Senior Master of IMAFP
Godofredo Fajardo – IMAFP Commissioner for the Middle East, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but home for the holidays.
Panny Nagen, a Modern Arnis guro who often doubles as logistics and security officer for IMAFP events.
